I just wanted you ALL to know how impressed I have been with the excellent service and care that I have received from you. From the first point of contact with my initial phone call, to my first meeting with Tony where I cried like a real girlie!!! On the day of the scan all of my questions were answered and a pre-operative meeting with Don put me at ease. On the day of the actual implants, I felt slightly apprehensive but those fears went as soon as I walked through the door of the surgery. The whole procedure was a breeze and I was so well looked after by Sue afterwards and the friend who came with me got thoroughly spoiled with lunch.
I really can't thank each and every single one of you enough, not only for making me feel so incredibly comfortable over an issue that has dogged my life for so long, but much more importantly you have given me back my inner confidence and I feel fantastic. As I explained to Tony, to be introduced to new people and not cringe inside because I look so horrendous really is the best feeling in the world; to be able to smile and hold my head high is just awesome. So thank you all again.

The treatment has made such a positive impact. Not only do the teeth look lovely, so natural and neat but other unpleasant side effects from my previous treatments have gone! I am now able to eat all sorts of food, the bad breath has gone and I am now able to clean my teeth properly. All in all I am delighted with the change. Thank you so much for your work.
